アレルギー性結膜炎症状を呈するスギ花粉症におけるdisodium cromoglycateの眼誘発反応防禦効果について

The prophylactic effect of disodium cromoglycate in provocation test on Japanese cedar pollinosis manifesting allergic conjunctivitis symptoms

　Disodium cromoglycateのアレルギー性結膜炎におけるアレルギー反応防禦効果を検討すべく，対象として非発作期の日本スギ花粉症患者5例を選び，プラセボを対照とする限誘発試験を行なった。この結果，以下の成績を得た。

　（1）スギ花粉抗原による眼誘発後の涙液屈折率の変化を指標とした場合，DSCGにより5例全例共明らかなアレルギー反応防禦効果が認められた。

　（2） DSCG点眼5〜10分後よりアレルギー反応は自覚的にも，他覚的にも抑制されることが判明した。

　（3）涙液の屈折率で示されるアレルギーres-ponseで，患者に対するDSCGの薬効判定が可能であることが推察された。

In Japanese cedar pollinosis manifesting allergic conjunctivitis symptoms, the most reliable method for an accurate diagnosis of the disease was found to be the provocation test in the eyes by the ap-propriate allergen followed by the determination of change in the refractive index of the tear using refractometry.

By utilizing this procedure, a quantitative eva-luation of therapeutic efficacy of the anti-allergic agent, disodium cromoglycate (DSCG), was at-tempted.
