蛍光眼底造影による網膜静脈分枝閉塞症の陳旧性病変の検討

Fluorescein angiographic analysis of late changes after retinal branch vein occlusion

　172例184眼の静脈分枝閉塞症の陳旧性病変を螢光造影により分析し以下の結論を得た。

　（1）静脈分枝閉塞症は網膜血管反応として虚血型と漏出型に分類され，全症例の64％を虚血型が占めた。

　（2）虚血型に発生する病変は新生血管，網膜裂孔，黄斑部萎縮，黄斑部前線維症であり，漏出型の分枝閉塞症に生ずる病変は嚢腫状黄斑部浮腫，漿液性網膜剥離，輪状網膜症があげられる。

　また虚血型病変の中で黄斑部萎縮は黄斑部周囲毛細血管網閉塞の高度のものに発生するが，黄斑部前線維症では黄斑周囲血管網はほぼ保存されているのが特徴であつた。

　（3）視力の予後については黄斑部周囲毛細血管網の閉塞程度に密接な関係が認められた。

This paper deals with fluorescein angiographic analysis of late retinal changes of 172 patients (184 eyes) with retinal branch vein occlusion (RBVO). We divided the 184 eyes into two groupes (ischemic type or non-ischemic type) according to retinal vascular response to RBVO.

(1) 117 of the 184 eyes (64%) were of ischemic type of occlusion, whereas 66 eyes (36%) were of non-ischemic type.

(2) Lesions such as neovascularization, retinal tear, macular atrophy and preretinal macular fib-rosis occurred in the ischemic type.
