Biomicroscopic study of posterior vitreous in preretinal macular fibrosis and cellophane maculopathy

緒　言

　黄斑部に好発し，セロファン膜様異常反射および皺襲形成または膜形成を来す一連の疾患については，種々の名称^1〜5）が提唱されていることから明らかな様にその発生機転をめぐつて定説がなく，後部硝子体の関与は示唆されながらも，十分な検討はなされていない。

　後部硝子体と網膜との相互作用を解明するためには，眼底および後部硝子体所見を十分観察することがまず必要であり，細隙灯顕微鏡検査がこれらの所見を詳細に把握する上に最も適切な方法と考えられる。

This paper deals with disorders which frequent-ly occur in the macular region on the retinal surface and which cause a crinkled cellophane-like reflex and minute radiating folds or mem-brane formations. These disorders were divided into two types according to the biomicroscopic appearance of the fundus. Each posterior vitreous was examined biomicroscopically.

The first type, which was named preretinal macular fibrosis, describes the condition con-sisting of semitranslucent or opaque membrane formations distinctly elevated from the retina as seen biomicroscopically.
