乳頭前網膜血管ループ形成症

Epipapillary vascular loop formation

緒　言

　視神経乳頭の面上あるいは周囲で，網膜血管が蛇行する状態，いわゆるループ形成症は，1871年Liebreichの報告以来，数多くみられる。しかしながらループの成立は先天性とされ，後天的に形成された報告はなく，かつループ形成の合併症として血管腫・網膜動脈分枝閉塞・緑内障の報告がある他先天形成異常の報告はない。

　著者は，飛蚊症を訴えて来院した27歳男子の両眼に動脈ループ形成のほか視神経乳頭部形成異常等の先天異常を持つ症例を経験したのでここに報告すると共に，血管ループが後天性に発生した例およびループ形成部に動脈瘤を発見し光凝固を行なつた例を加え，6例7眼のループ形成症の所見をのべてなたい。

Vascular loop Formation in the prepapillary area was seen in 7 eyes in 6 patients. The vas-cular loop was arterial in 5 eyes and venous in 2 eyes.

Preretinal and vitreous hemorrhage of short duration occurred in 4 eyes with arterial loop formation. A case with bilateral arterial loop sho-wed optic disc dysplasia and nasal ectasia as associated congenital anomalies. Miliary angio-matosis of the retina (Leber) was present in two eyes with typical venous loop formation.
