上強膜血管網の著しい怒張を伴つたSturge-Weber症候群の1例

A case of Sturge-Weber syndrome with dilated episcleral vessels

緒言

　Sturge-Weber症候群は顔面および頭蓋内血管腫に同側の緑内障を合併する。Sturge-Weber症候群に緑内障を合併する機序については多くの説が述べられているが^1〜5），Reeseの集計によると以下の説に分けられる。

　A．ブドウ膜血管腫に基因するもの。

A 8-month-old infant with nevus flamneus involving the left eyelid and forehead associated with ipsilateral buphthalmos was presented.

The left eye showed enlarged and hazy cornea with pericorneal injection due to increased intraocular pressure. Remarkable dilation of the subconjunctival vessels was noticed. The anterior chamber was very deep. The chamber angle was wide open and no mesodermal remnants could be found in spite of poor outflow facility.Fluorescein fundus angiography revealed dilation of choroidal vessels in the posterior pole. There were, however, no findings of hemangioma in the choroid.
