Corneal pulse wave and electrocardiogram

I．緒言

　前に新しい電気眼底血圧計を著者^6）が発表したが，此度此に心電計を連結した。其理由は，測定に際して，搏動以外の運動が混入して生ずる杆荷重曲線の歪みを脈波から区別する為であるが，又此によつて角膜脈波が動静脈の何れによつて起るのかを知る事が出来たのでここに報告する。

Experiment has been made by means of Yamamori's electronic ophthalmodynamometer equipped with electrocardiograph on 40 patients suspected to be of hypertension as well as being under the treatment because of the symptom, and following result has been obtained in comparison with recorded pulse wave with electrocardiogram. The present author has provisionally designated the pulse wave stage anteceding the pulse wave resting one to be the volume pulse wave one, when the pulse wave, corresponding in fact to the venous pulse wave, may be perhaps attributed to the intraocular vein.
