角膜脈波発生起源に対する2,3の考察

Observation upon the causative origin of corneal pulse wave

I．緒言

　慶大式電気眼底血圧計により記録される角膜脈波の発生起源に就いては，広石氏^1）は実験躁作上に於ける解剖学上の面より，鈴木氏^2）及び其他の人は臨床上のDataより考察され，この脈波の発生源は脈絡膜血管にあると報告された。著者^3）5）は実験上及び臨床上の成績を検討した結果，網膜中心動脈がその主体性を握り脈絡膜動脈，又前毛様動脈（虹彩，毛様体動脈）が之に関与するが，それはむしろ従であると報告した。飜つて考える時，眼内循環は網膜中心血管，脈絡膜血管及び前毛様血管，（虹彩，毛様体血管）の血液循環により行なわれている事は解剖学上より明らかな事実である。

　然し之等の血管がそれぞれ個々独立的に単純な状態の下に循環を営なんでいるとは老えられない。Duke-Elder,Wessely氏^4）等は眼循環を支配する因子には，全身循環の各種条件により影響を受ける面，及び眼循環自体の独立性を有する面が存在することを述べている。

Owing to be appointed the intraocular haemodynamics by corneal pulse waves, various reseachcs have been achieved. well, the corneal pulse wave must reflect clearly the dynamic figure of intraocular artery, for that purpose. So, the author has discussed the registering apparatus of the corneal pulse waves from various angles, and observed, that on the present apparatus in use, (MPR-30V), the loading pressure influences the retro-bulbar tissues through the eye-ball, and the increasing tissue pressure, enlarges the retrobulbar vessels pulsation.
