網膜剥離手術治癒後再発の自然治癒4例

Four cases of spontaneous recovery from recurrent retinal detachment following the operation

緒言

　網膜剥離を手術して剥離した網膜は全く復位し裂孔部もよく封鎖され視力，視野が略発病前に回復したので歩行等もさせ中には退院させた者もある。所が其の後網膜に剥離，シワが現われて来たので裂孔を丹念に探し，1例では正しく裂孔と思われるものが見付つたがどうも脇に落ちないし，他の3例でに裂孔がどうしても見付からないので経過を観ながら安静，姑息療法をしていた所，4例共約2ヵ月間で網膜は完全に復位し，視野は略正常に，視力は略発病前に回復し，其後最短2カ月から最長は3カ年間異常が現われず，視力は発病前よりも増進した者もあるので報告する次第である。

Case 1. Sixteen years old female. Her parents were cousins, and all 5 brothers and grandmother had severe myopia. One brother had congenital deafness and a sister had retinal detachment. Retinal detachment bad been present in the left eye for 3 years and started in the right eye newly.

Case 2. fifty years old female with bilateral severe myopia which could not be corrected. by glasses. Retinal detachment in the right eye. Tbc-reaction (++).

Case 3. Twenty four years old male with bilateral severe myopia and pulmonary tuber-culosis.
