実験的葡萄膜炎に対するAC-17の効果について

Studies of the effects of AC-17 on experimental uveitis

緒言

　葡萄膜炎に関してはその病態或いは治療等につき各方面より研究されてきた。而も治療面に於いてはCortisoneの出現により劃期的な進歩を来し得たと言い得よう。然し乍らCortisoneの作用については尚解明されざる点もあるが，先ず主役をなすものとして抗尖症作用中，血管透過性抑制作用が第一に挙げられるものと考えられる。生化学的方面に於いてはMenkinの研究，眼科面に於いてはA．Schimede,Adolph，W．等が報告している硝子体出血吸収遅延，或いは実験的葡萄膜炎の抑制効果等の報告はこれを示していると言い得よう。

　ところでこのCortisone・ACTH系の薬剤と同じ様な作用を持つと，Vidal　&　Ribas等により考えられてきた薬剤Adrenochromeは，蛭間・宮尾氏等の報告によりても明らかに血管透過性を抑制する事が報告されている。又著者がさきに行つた血液房水柵透過性に関する実験に於いても，明らかに抑制効果を認めたのであるが，此の様なACTH系薬剤に類似し，且らStress緩和作用をも具備する薬剤Adrenochromeが，実験的葡萄膜炎に如何なる態度を示すかを，Cortisone系薬剤と比較して実験を行う事が出来，聯さか知見を得たので並に報告する。

It will be pointed out at first the controll action in permeably of the blood vessels as the main role in the effects of anti-inflammation.

The author performed the experiment, in which what kind of effects will adrenochrome that seemed to have the same effects as the reagent of this corticoid ACTH group show for the experimental uveitis in comparison with corticoid.
