代謝面より見たる角膜上皮再生に関係する諸因子—第1報 アルカリ腐蝕角膜上皮再生におよぼす諸種薬剤ならびに前房穿刺の効果について

Studies on the wound healing of the cornea following alkali burns

緒言

　角膜の新陳代謝，殊に上皮細胞における代謝に関する報告は最近殊に多数みられるが，角膜創傷治癒に関しても，J．S．Friedenwald，W．Busch-ke^1）2），をはじめ，多数の研究が行われている。これらの研究を概観すると，その殆んどのものが，Trepanによる非穿孔創，あるいはSaemisch切開に準じて行つた穿孔創などについて行つたものであり，アルカリによる腐蝕例はW．F．Hughes^3），山田繁子氏^4）5）らによる報告以外にはあまり見当らないようである。

　私は今回山田氏の方法に準じて行つたアルカリ腐蝕角膜について，諸種薬剤，前房穿刺が角膜上皮再生に如何に影響するかについて実験を行つたので，以下報告しようと思う。

A study was made of effects of pantotheic acid, lipoic acid, ATP and paracentesis upon the wound healing of the cornea following alkali burns. Alkali burn was produced by 30% sodium hydroxide and the process of wound healing was studied histologically and histochemically. On the other hand, the effects of pantotheic acid and ATP upon respira-tion of the cornea were studied manometrically in the normal cornea.

It was revealed that the combined use of ATP and pantotheic acid was equally effective as in the case of eipeic acid alone in promoting regeneration of the corneal epithelium.
