1．緒言
先天性葡萄膜欠損眼に合併する網膜剥離に就いての報告は，現在尚その数が少い。為にその発生機序，更に治療に対する見解も，百々3），三根4）の報告を見るまでは甚だ不明確であつた。著者等は最近その一症例に遭遇し，ヂアテルミ凝固術によつて之を治癒ぜしめた経験を得たので報告し，併せて其発生機序並びに治療に対する見解を述べる。
Operation (Diathermy coagulation method) was administered for the retinal detachment which occured in the congenital uvealdeficiency of the 27 years old woman.
Since Tertsch proved the hiatus in the eye of "amotio retinae" the mechanism of the amo-tio retinae caused in cong, Uveal deficiency is being explained by the "hiatus" theory. After all, "Dodo" has estimated the amotio as the similar one with primary one.
Our case also showed the large hiatus in charioideal deficiency, our 4 case reports had the similar character.
