コンドロンの2〜3の眼科的応用

Clinical Effects of Chondron on Ocular Diseases

　コンドロイチン硫酸（以下コ硫酸と略す）がゼリヤ，セレブリン，コンドロン等の名で広く治療界に行き渡つて来たのは極く最近の事であつて，腎炎，ネフローゼ，神経痛，疲労の回復，肩凝等，各科領域に於ける応用が発表されているが，眼科領域での応用は，三井，坂梨両氏が老眼に対して用い，長期間にわたる連用で近点距離の短縮と，老眼鏡の度が軽減したという事を発表して居り又山田氏は家兎の角膜を腐蝕してコンドロン（以下コと略す）の結膜下注射を行い，対照に比し溷濁の出来方が少なかつたと報告している。

　我々は今回眼精疲労，硝子体溷濁，及びその他の眼疾患に用い，いささか興味ある結果を得たので報告する。

Clinical experience with 1% Chondron in 33 cases showed that this preparation provided the following benefits in some ocular diseases. This solution was used once a day 0.5cc subconjunctively and 1.5cc intramusculary. In cases of asthenopie, central retinitis, hys-teric amblyopie and neuroretinitis showed remarkable improvement.

Appreciable effects were seen in some cases of vitreous opacities, neuro-Behcet's disease and retinochoroiditis.
