"Succus Cineraria Maritima"の点眼による白内障の治療（続報3）

Therapy of cataract by eye-wash with by succus cineraria maritima (3rd report)

　本剤の点眼効果発現の条件は，嘗て本誌上に於て述べた如く，溷濁水晶体質と前房水との接触が充分に行われている事，言い換えると，水晶体嚢が大きく破砕されて再癒着していないと言う事である。勿論本剤の点眼に依らなくとも，外傷性の白内障が自然に吸収される例は吾々も日常屡々遭遇するのであるが，この様な例に本剤を使用することに依つて更に治療日数を短縮出来，又第3例の如く乳幼児の先天性白内障で摘出手術後の安静に不安を残す様な場合，比較的簡単な嚢截開術と点眼のみで治療出来るとするならば，本剤点眼の意義も亦少しとしないであろう。

　今回は，前報後に経験した5例に就いて簡単に報告したいと思う。尚点眼回数は何れも1日1回である。

The eye wash with Succus Chineraria Moritima (SCM) on 3 cases of congenital cataract and 2 cases of traumatic cataract have been reported.

The first case ;a male of 9 years old. Eye-wash with SCM on his right eye with con-genital cataract was performed after the discission of the capsular. After 38 days his pu-pilla became transparent and his visual acuity increased to 0.3. The second case ;a male of 25 years old whose both eyes suffered congenital cataract. The discission of the cap-sular on both eyes was performed and the eye-wash was given to left eyes only.
