  • Look Inside

A study on ocular circulation was performed by means of corneal pulse wave and P32 labelled red cells.

In order to record the corneal pulse wave Keio University's electronic retinal artery sp-hygmotonometer with pick-up holder was used. The P32 labelled red cells injected intra-venously were counted on the sclera with Geiger-Muller counter and counting rate meter.

This paper mainly reports on the method of experiments and a part of results on the ocular circulatory changes under induced artificial hibernation and thiopental anesthesia.
