アイソトープによる眼循環の研究—（その4）球後注射の影響について

Studies on ocular circulation by the radio isotope:(part 4) The effect of retrobulbar injection

緒言

　著者等は，前報（その3）に於て血管拡張剤を静脈内投与した際の眼循環に及ぼす影響を調べた結果，臨床的使用量では薬剤によつては静注直後に一過性の眼循環血液量の減少をみることはあるが，一般には著明な変化はみられない。然し，此等薬剤を大量に投与し全身血圧が著明に下降する場合には，眼循環も二次的に其の影響を受けることを明らかにした。そこで今回は，現在眼科領域で広く治療上行われている球後注射の際の此等薬剤の眼循環に及ぼす影響に就て検討を加え若干の成績を得たので茲に報告する。

The study in changes of ocular circulation produced by retrobulbar injection of various drugs was performed by means of corneal pulse wave and P³² labelled red cells.

1) Vasodilators which acted peripherally such as Priscol and Nicotinic acid.

When given by intravenous injection, the changes of the ocular circulation appeared only when systemic effects were evident. However, when these drugs were given by the re-trobulbar injection, a marked and prolonged increase in the intraocular blood volume occu-rred.
