長崎に於ける被原子爆弾者の眼調節力について

On the Amplitudes of Accommodation of the Atomic Bomb Survivors in Nagasaki City

I．緒言

　原子爆弾による眼障碍調査の一端として，長崎市に於ける被原子爆弾者の調節力を測定したので，その結果を報告する。

The accommdation of the Atomic Bomb survivors of Nagasaki City and of its neighbour-hoods was examined in 897 patients 1745 eyes. The results obtained were as follows.

1) No difference was noticed between the accommodation of the survivors and the ac-commodation of normal eyes in literaturs. (Accommodation of normal Japanese was ob-tained by reculating ISHIHARA'S original data through his coturesy). (Tab.1, 2,3, Fig.1, 2)

2) No difference of accommodation was noticed between the survivors group exposed to radiation within 1800 meters from the Hypocenter and group exposed to radiation beyond 1800 meters (Tab.4, 5, Fig.3).
