片眼の欝血乳頭を呈した視束交叉部脳室上衣嚢腫の1例

On ependymal cyst at chiasma presenting uniocular papilledema

　欝血乳頭に関する記載報告はその成因，病理症例，実験的研究等，古来多数を極め，枚挙に暇ないが，之が一側性に現われて然も原因が脳内にあつた例は比較的少い。私共は今回その様な症例に遭遇し，開頭の結果，視束交叉部に突出した第三脳室上衣嚢腫に由来することを識り，之を穿破縮小せしめた事に依り，視力及び眼底変化が急速に改善され，その後殆んど全く正常に復するのを経験した。又此の症例を通じて二，三の考察を試みる機会を得たので追加報告したい。

A woman, aged 29 years, whose chief complaints were visual disorder of her right eye, headache and vomiting, when seen first by us, had had visus of 30cm N.d.right, 1.2 (n.c., left,and showed papilledema in right fundus. Cerbrospinal pressure was 150mmH₂O, and fluid was normal. We observed "Taschen Bildung" in arteriography, and a filling defect at cisterna chiasmatis in ventriculography. We could not take an accurate measurement of the visual field of the right eye, for its visual acuity was defective.
