The authors reported at first tie following five cases of orbital sarcoma :

Case I : female, aged 46, round-celled sarcoma, cured by treatment of X-ray radiation.

Case II : male, aged 67, Ewing's tumor (reticulum cell sarcoma), died 2 years and 3 months later since fell ill.

Case III : male, aged 18, fibrosarcoma, died 2 years and 9 months later since fell ill.

Case IV : male, aged 74, small round-celled sarcoma, cured by excision of tumor and X-ray radiation.

Case V : male, aged 48, round-celled sarcoma, cured by Kroenlein's operation and X-ray radiation.
