輻輳麻痺を伴う外傷性ノイローゼの1例

A Case of Traumatic Neurosis with Convergence Paralysis

　頭部外傷後の眼球運動障害は近年大いに注目され多数の報告例が見られるが，輻輳麻痺を合併する症例はいまだ少数であり，又外傷性ノイローゼに伴う眼症状に就いても輻輳麻痺を見る事は稀のようである。

　私は最近，後頭部打撲後に輻輳麻痺を発現し，その後の経過に於いて漸次典型的なノイローゼ症状を合併した症例を観察し，その発現機序並びに相関関係に就いて聊か検討を行つたので茲に報告する。

A case of a boy aged 16: After he was bruised on the back of the head, convergence paralysis appeared on him without being accompanied by organic change, then a neurosis-like symptom which was not recognized in the early stage, gradually became clear. These two symptoms made each progress by keeping parallel relation according to changes in their environments. Convergence paralysis is considered to be functional, and though it is independent of a neurosis-like symptom, it is an uncommon case which made each prog-ress by promoting each other.
