内分泌障害にもとづく白内障の2例

2 Cases of Cataract by Endocrine Disturbance.

　私等は最近，特徴ある全身症状を呈する若年性白内障2例を経験した。これらは下垂体前葉を主とする内分泌腺の障害によると見ることができるので報告する。

The authors reported 2 cases of juvenile cataract with specific general symptoms.

The first case, a woman aged 36, had such specific general symptoms as progeria, disturbance of nutrition in a high degree, change of the skin like acrosclerodermia, leu-copathia of eye-lash, etc.

The second case, a woman aged 23, had such characteristics as infantilism, keratosis on the skin of lower extremities, glycosuria, albuminuria, etc. X-ray examination revealed little turkish saddle in both cases. Thorn-test of both cases resulted in anomaly.
