（41）網膜剥離のヂアテルミー手術の後療法に就いて

Post-Operative Treatment of Diathermy Operation against Retinal Detachment

Ⅰ．緒言

　恩師盛教授は周知の如く，本邦に於ける網膜剥離（以下剥離と略称）手術療法を略々完成の域に達せられた。我々は更にその細部に就いて検討する義務ありと考える。

　剥離治療に於ける患者の最大の苦痛は術後の長期に亘る絶対安静である。近時総ゆる外科手術後の早期離床が行われて居る。この点からも検討の余地ある様に思われる。

During the period from June 1949 to July 1954, there have been 34 cases that were allowed to leave bed 6-8 days after diathermy operation against retinal detachment. 31 cases were completely cured (91.2%). The contents of perfect cure are :

Over 3 months from the start of detachment to operation : 4 cases (maximum period : 1 year 6 months)

Size of tear :

Over 2 PD : 5 cases (maixmum size, 4 PD)

Oral dialyses :

Over 90° : 2 cases

Number of tears :

Over 3 : 6 cases (maximum number : 7)

Width of detachment :

Complete detachment : None

Detachment of 3/4 of eye ground : 4 cases
