（26）フカラ手術と網膜剥離

Fukala's operation and Retinal Detachment

Ⅰ．緒言

　古来フカラ手術（高度近視眼に対する水晶体除去手術を総称する事とする）後の網膜剥離（以下剥離と略称）の発生に関して，両者の関係の有無に就いて激しく論争されて来たが，未だ明快なる説明がなされて居ない。関係有りとするもの，無しとするもの，何れも誤りであると考えられるので，この点を中心として論述し，諸腎の御批判を仰ぐ次第である。

Purpose; The prevention of the retinal detachment after Fukala's operation (and the clinical studies of mechanism of retinal detachment)

Operation aim; In the extrem mydriasis by the subconjunctival injection of adrenalin, accur-ate ophthalmoscopic examination was done.

1) Electrocoagulation, clousre and subsequent operation were done in the cases with tear and cystic degenertion (4 eyes in 4 cases including one case operated for retinal deta-chment previously)
