Seven cases, clinically diagnosed as Coloboma of the optic nerve head, were reported.
One was a papillary deformation of the optic nerve, and the other 6 cases were defects of the optic nerve heads, 4 cases of which belonged to Caspar's Ⅱ type, and 2 cases to Casp-ar's Ⅲ type.
Visual acuity of 2 cases was a degree to be able to distinguish the numbers of thcl fingers, and 2 cases were less than 0.1 in visual acuity, one case was 0.2, and one case was 1.0.
2 cases showed a stenosis of the peripheral visual field. As complications, we found colo-boma chorioideae.
