脈絡膜黒色腫の二例に就いて

Two cases of Melanoma marignum.

緒言

　脈絡膜に原発する悪性腫瘍は我国では所謂黒色肉腫の名称を以つて報告されているものが最も多く，必ずしも極めて稀有の疾患とは言へないが，私も最近2割の本症に遭遇し摘出を行ひ組織学的に検査する械会を得た。又後処置としてX線近接照射を行ひ好結果を得たので報告する。

Two cases of 27 yr. old female and 50 yr. old female which seemed to be melanoma mari-gnum were presented.

Extirpation of the tumor and X-Ray treatments have been performed obtaining good results.

In the early stages of both cases, the correct diagnosis could not be made. In the firstcase, the diagnosis of glaucoma was made and the treatment for glaucoma was performed. The second case was diagnosed as ablatio retinae after careful exam. A faulty diagnosis was made easily in the early stage of melanoma marignum.
