局所貧血剤ナーベルの血管收縮作用について

About the vasoconstrict action of Narbel

　眼局所貧血剤として眼科に於て日常用いられているものには以前からアドレナリン（以下「ア」と略記す）があり，比較的最近になつてイミダゾリン系統のプリビナ（以下「プ」と略す）が現われた。この二者については既に教室伊藤氏他諸氏によつて実験的検討が行われて，プリビナがアドレナリンに優つていることが確められ，現今，一般に広く使用され始めた。然るに更に最近になつて同じくイミダゾリン系である。局所貧血剤ナーベル（以下「ナ」と略記す）なる薬物が出現し，之亦優れた作用を有するようである。今回，中外製薬より同薬剤の提供を受けたので之について実験を行い，球結膜血管径の計測によつて前記二者と比較して，その局所貧血作用の検討を試みたので報告する。

The effcts of Narbel, Privina and Adrenelin were discussed comparing each other by measuring the change of the diameter of blood vessels on bulbar conjunctivae. 10 minuts after administration, the effect of Narbel ranked between others but its continuance of the effect exceed thers within two hours. Specially, the effect was more marked in superfi-cial vessels. No influence against the diameter of pupile, intraocular pressure and the distance near point were proved, furthermore, these were almost no virulence. Conse-quently, this medicine seem to suit with routin examination.
