気脳法の奏効した右側同名性半盲症の一例

One case of right homonym hemianopsia impred by pneumoencephalography

　同名性半盲症に関する文献は内外ともに多く，Wilbrand氏及びSaenger氏が始めて本症に就て詳細に記載し，本邦に於ては江浦氏の報告を嚆矢とする。爾来報告例も年を追い多くを数えるが，しかも猶本症報告の個々につき興味ありといわれる所以は，網膜より脳皮質視中枢に達する視覚伝導路が比較的長く，且侵される病巣の性質並に局所解剖学的関係の如何によりその発現する眼科的並に全身的症状を異にし，而もその経過の時に変則的なこと等による。私達は偶々右側同名性半盲症の患者に局所診断の目的で気脳法を行なつた所著効を奏し治癒せしめ得た一例に遭遇したので報告する次第である。

One case 9 yr. old. male, which has shown symtoms suspected the brain tumor and right homonym hemianopsia cured by diagnostic P. E. G. was presented.

This case seemed to has left disturbance of considering the follows.

1) Right homonym hemianopsia having the sparing of macura and the visual field had similar figure in both eyes.

2) No hemianopsic rigidity of pupile.

3) No abnormal finding by ophthalmoscopic examination after 25, months.

4) No anisocoria.

5) Slight degree of nystagmus, Slight enlargment of right ventricle by P. V. G. were sug-gested of the pathologic change in the apper part of left Corpus geniculatum laterales.
