急性多発硬化症と両側の球後神経炎

Acute form of multiple sclerosis and bilateral retrobulbar neuritis.

　視束幹のなかに，球後神経炎retrobulbtireNeuritisの特長ある病巣がつくられたとき，これを視束幹の球後神経炎または球後視束炎と診断する^1）2）。

　この種の視路症状を両眼性に示すような病型も，決してすくなくない。

Cace 1. Woman, 24 years of age, on May 2, 1954 complained visual disturbance of the left eye, one week after also of the right eye with bead ache, then retention of urine and gait disturbance occured. On May 12, she was admitted.

Vision of the right eye was 2-meter-finger-counting, of the left eye was hand-movement. Fun-duscopic examination revealed a slight temporal pallor of optic disc. Junction scotomas were demonstrated. Neurologic examinntion on admission revealed exaggeration of deep reflexes, Babinski's phenomenon on the right leg and abolishment of the right abdominal reflex.
