緒言

　色相配列検査法は，1943年Farnsworthにより創案され，1949年Farnsworth-Munsell 100—Hue Test （以下F-M 100—Hue Testと略す）として発売された。それを範として日本色彩社から色彩弁別検査器（Color Discrimination Test--以下C．D．T．と略す）が発売された。わが国では今まで主としてこのC．D．T．に関してのみ業績が発表されていて，F-M 100—Hue Testについての基本的な研究はわずかしかない。今回第1，第2色覚異常者約50名についての成績をえたので，それについての報告をする。総偏差点を中心にC．D．T．の成績との比較について論じてみる。

In this study the total error scores of Farns-worth-Munsell 100-Hue Test were compared with those of Color Discrimination Test. Though both tests resembled apparently each other, different features were present, when these scores were investigated in detail. As for deutans, F-M 100-Hue Test revealed the more characteristic finding and as for protans, the results of Color Discrimination Test was more characteristic, from experimental results and color confusion theory.
