視神経乳頭サルコイドージス

Optic Nerve Sarcoidosis

緒言

　1961年わが国にサルコイドージス総合研究班がおかれ，この時点を境にして眼科領域においてもサルコイドージスパ注目され，その眼科的な臨床的特徴も次第に明らかにされてきている。眼サルコイドージスにおいては，眼底も含め眼球のほとんど全領域にわたつて病変部がみられている。私たちは国際分類ⅠAのpleocytosisを伴う髄膜炎およびArgyll Robertson pupilを示すneu—rosarcoidosisの症例で，左眼の視神経乳頭肉芽腫を3年にわたつて経過観察中であり，また他に国際分類ⅣAに入る症例の右乳頭に肉芽腫様変化をみたので報告する。

This paper discribes two cases of granuloma formation at the optic nerve head associated with classical clinical signs of ocular sarcoi-dosis.

The first case, 24-year old male, belonged to I-A type of sarcoidosis (Israel Recommendation, 1961) and also developed Argyll-Robertson pu-pil, meningitis and anosmia. The second case, 55-year-old female, belonged to IV-A.

In both cases, the granuloma at the optic nerve head developed following iritis, vitreous opacity and peripheral retinal varcular involve-ment. The granuloma responded well to sys-temic corticosteroid therapy.
