眼底カメラの多目的利用—その1網膜上チャート投影法

Multipurpose Application of Fundus Camera.:1.Projection of Charts upon the Retina

緒言

　螢光眼底撮影，赤外吸収血．管造影撮影，立体撮影，両眼同時眼底撮影など，眼底Cameraを単なる眼底所見記録装置にとどめず，多目的に用いることが盛んに試みられているが，本来の眼底Cameraの精度を低下させないかぎり，これは意義があることと考え，今回著者は，OlympusCamera GRCの光路内に，Focus微調節を付けた網膜上chart投影装置を試作し，その利用価値について検討したので，ここに報告する。

1. A retinal chart projecting apparatus with focus adjustor was inserted in the observating light path of the Olympus Camera CRC and the charts available for different purposes were discussed.

2. The charts were prepared with 35 mm fil-m. The actual size of 133/14 mm on the film chart was found to subtend an angle of 15° when projected upon the retina of an emmetr-opic eye.

3. These charts can be designed for the test of both eccentric fixation and distorted vision and also for the treatment of the former.
