眼窩腫瘤を呈したSarcoidosisの1例

はじめに

　全身性系統的疾患であるSarcoidosisの眼科領域における病変は，他の臓器に比べきわめて多様であるが，その病変の多くは，ブドウ膜炎の型をとることが多くの報告の中にみられる。が，一方，涙腺とは無関係に眼窩深部に腫瘤をつくるものはきわめてまれなものである。著者は，はじめ左下眼瞼腫瘤を主訴として来院したものが，諸検査の結果，これが眼窩深部に達するSarcoidのgranulomaであつた1例を経験したので，ここに報告する。

A 48-year-old male complained of nodular tu-mor in the left lower lid since 2 months before. Histopathological studies proved it to be sarcoid granuloma. Laboratory studies also showed sig-ns of sarcoidosis as : negative tuberculin skin test, hypercalemia, increase in γ-globulin ratio and positive Kveim test. No abnormalities were observed in the extremities. X-ray studies sho-wed the presence of bilateral hilar lymphoade-nopathy.

Topical and systemic steroid therapy was initiated following removal of the tumor. No signs of local recurrence were apparent during the check-up 7 months after the surgery.
