網膜層間分離症—主に他の疾患に伴つている症例について

Secondary Retinoschisis

緒言

　網膜層間分離症（Retinoschisis,RS）は網膜が神経上皮内で2層に分離する疾患であり，双眼倒像検査，あるいは細隙灯眼底検査法が使われるようになつてから多数の症例が報告されている。わが国でも三島^8），塚原^5），黒滝^9），杉浦^10），浅山^16）21），らが報告している。

　これらの報告の大部分は若年性網膜層間分離症（Juvenile Retinoschisis）及び老人性網膜層間分離症（Senile Retinoschisis）についてである。

Four cases of idiopathic retinoschisis either of juvenile or senile type are described together with six cases of secondary retinoschisis.

Two cases of retinoschisis of secondary nature, the condition developed as a consequence of longstanding retinal detachments with disin-sertions. In one instance, the retinoschisis was present as an accompanying finding of retinal detachment induced by blunt trauma to the eye ball. A retinoschisis was caused by penetration and retention of a ferrous foreign body within the retina in one instance. The condition was present, at the wall of posterior staphyloma.
