白内障性水晶体内出血の1例

Haemorrhage into the Cataractous Lens. Report of a Case

はじめに

　水晶体はその構造が緻密であり，血管のない組織であるので，前房又は硝子体の出血に比べて，水晶体内出血は非常に稀なものとされているが，今回，我々は，穿孔性眼外傷後に，前房蓄膿と外傷性白内障を起こし，その後その水晶体内に出血を認めた1症例を経験したので，その臨床所見並びに経過及び組織学的所見などを述べて，症例追加としたい。水晶体前被膜に密着した血液や，水晶体後被膜後方即ちBerger腔内に時々見られる出血を水晶体実質内の出血と見誤る事は稀ではないが，真の水晶体内の出血は，Duke-Elder^1）もSystem of Ophthalmologyで珍しい事であると述べている。

A 38 year male was injured in the richt cor-nea by a tip of wire. Hypopyon developed two days later and was controlled after 4 days by intensive antibiotic treament. Traumatic cata-ract began to develop in the form of cuneiform opacity in the anterior subcapsular layer and of rosette-form One in the posterior subcapsular layer.

One year later, the visual acuity was reduced to hand movement: clue to cataract. Numerous red spots were observed in the anterior subcap-sular layer by slitlamp microscope.
