改良型無赤色光拡大眼底撮影による所見

New Fundus Findings by High Magnification Red-free Light Fundus Photography

緒言

　我々^1）〜3）は既に無赤色光眼底撮影法により，網膜の神経線維，血管の微細な変化を撮影可能にした。今回更に拡大倍率の高い改良型無赤色光拡大眼底カメラを試作した。正常者，初期網膜動脈硬化症，Prediabetes，糖尿病患者において検眼鏡的には従来見逃されていた所見を得たので報告する。

High Magnification red-free light fundus photography has indicated early anatomic change-s in hypertension and diabetes mellitus.

In early arteriosclerosis, dark shadow is fre-quently photographed in either one or both side of arterioles. This shadow becomes broader and conspicuous as sclerotic changes progress, especially at the arteriovenous crossings.

Before the development of ophthalmoscopical-ly recognizable ocular complication of diabetes mellitus, indistinctness of the posterior pole as well as dilated and engorged capillaries on the venous side was elicited as characteristic fea-tures by the present method.
