Cryoretinopexyに関する実験的研究—冷凍時の眼内温度変化

STUDIES ON THE CRYORETINOPEXY:THERMO-ELECTRIC INVESTIGATIONS IN THE CRYORETINOPEXY

緒言

　網膜剥離に対する手術として，近年冷凍手術が実用化されるに至った。冷凍作用が，網脈絡膜に強固な癒着を生じ得ることは早くより知られており^1）〜4），そのさいの眼球の組織学的変化については，多くの検討がなされているにもかかわらず^5）〜11），冷凍による眼内の温度変化についての研究は少ない^{12）〜14）}。

　著者は今回，眼球の一定箇所に冷凍を作用させたさいの眼内温度変化を測定し，冷凍手術にさいしての至適な条件を見出すべく，あわせて冷凍の眼組織に及ぼす影響の検討を試みた。

Temperature measurements of various regio-ns of the rabbit eyes were carried out when the Amoils cryoprobe was applied.

Chromel-Alumel thermocouple, 0.25 mm in diameter, was used to measure the temperatu-re. Adult albino rabbits were used. After 2% procain retrobulbar injection the eye-ball was dislocated. Then thermocouple wire was insert-ed into eye-ball from the equatorial sclera at 12 o'clock. Cryoprove was placed on the equat-orial sclera from opposite side. The thermocou-ple position was maintained under direct visual control utilizing direct ophthalmoscope.
