STUDIES ON POSNER-SCHLOSSMAN'S SYNDROME:REPORT 1. A CASE OF POSNER-SCHLOSSMAN'S SYNDROME ASSOCIATED WITH GLAUCOMA SIMPLEX

緒言

　Posner-Schlossman症候群（以下P-S症候群と略す）は1935年Kraupa^1）がglaucoma aller—gicumとして報告した数例をもつて嚆矢とすべきものであるが，1948年PosnerおよびSchloss—man^2）がGlaucomatocyclitic crisesとして症状，診断基準等を体系づけ，以来P-S症候群とよばれるようになつたものである。

本邦においても本症候群の報告はすでに多くをかぞえているが，本症候群と他の緑内障とが合併したという報告は少ない

A case of Posner-Schlossman's syndrome in the right eye associated with glaucoma sim-plex in both eyes was reported.

Y.I., a Japanese man aged 56, gave a history of having had an attack of blurred vision in the right eye on Jan., 1969. This attack lasted about three days, and he did not visit any oph-thalmologist. At the beginning of June, 1969, he had same attack in the right eye and went to an ophthalmologist. He was treated as secon-dary glaucoma in the right eye and was sent to our clinic on June 24,1969. Ocular tension was 21mmHg (Schioetz) in the right eye and 22 in the left eye.
