眼瞼癌の臨床—特に手術的療法について

CLINICAL TREATMENT OF LID CARCINOMA:ESPECIALLY OPERATIVE TREATMENT

緒言

　本邦における眼瞼癌の報告は，1889年平野^1）をもつて嚆矢とし，以来現在に至るまで300余例の多きに達し，あらゆる角度から検討が加えられてきている。

　われわれは，最近5カ年間に東北大学眼科を受診し，かつ入院した眼瞼癌の患者の中から，治療特に手術的治療の面からみて興味のある症例を選び検討を加えた。

1) 9 cases of lid carcinoma were operated during recent 5 years.

2) As a general problem on the occasion of operating lid carcinoma, the excisional area for complete extirpation of the lesion, was suggested in this paper.

3) As an individual case, plastic operative procedure for the repair of surgical defect was also studied.
