毛母細胞腫（石灰化表皮腫）の2例

PILOMATRIXOMA (CALCIFYING EPITHELIOMA):A REPORT OF TWO CASES

緒言

　毛母細胞腫（石灰化表皮腫）は，多くは正常皮膚に被われ，皮下組織中に局在し，かつ骨様硬度を有する良性腫瘍である。本症は皮膚科領域においてはしばしば報告されてはいるが，眼科領域での報告は少なく，比較的まれな腫瘍とされている。われわれは眼部皮下に発生した本症2例を経験したので組織所見を中心に報告したい。

On the 2 cases of pilomatrixoma in ocular region, the clinical and histopathological find-ings were reported.

Case 1 (34 year-old male)

Oval shaped tumor, size of the small fingertip, was recognized on the right lateral upper lid. It was sharply demarcated, and fixed in its base.

Any subjective symptoms were absent.

Histologically, the surface of tumor was covered with capsule of connective tissue, and its stroma consisted of epitheliar cell nest and connective tissue. The cell nest was almost eosinophilic degenerative cells whose nucleuses seemed to be vesicular like vacuole.
