レフラクトメーターによる屈折測定について

ON REFRACTOMETRY WITH A REFRACTOMETER OF HARTINGER, ZEISS-JENA

緒言

　われわれは普通外来での眼屈折測定にさいしては自覚的検査法と他覚的検査法とを併用し，その両者の成績を勘案して眼屈折状態を定めるのが常道である。他覚的検査法としてわれわれが日常用いるのは検影法，直像検査法，レフラクトメーターなどであるが，いずれの検査法においても自覚的屈折検査とはいくぶん違つた値が測定される。これまで検影法の誤差については幾多の報告があるが，特定のレフラクトメーターについて検討したものは比較的少ない。しかもその誤差は機械の種類，方式などにより異なることが予想されるので，今回われわれはZeiss-JenaのHartinger合致式レフラクトメーターを使つて眼屈折状態を測定し，自覚的測定法との違いについて検討を加えてみた。

We measured the grade of refraction on 480 eyes with a coincidence refractometer (Hartin-ger, Zeiss-Jena) and the obtained values were compared with the grade of subjective eye ref-raction examined on each individual.

The mean value obtained by refractometer shifted 0.56 Diopters to myopia more than that of subjective refraction.

It was founded to be 0.63 D in the first and second decade, 0.67 D in the third and forth decade and 0.43 D in the fifth decade and more. The value of the first two groups were signi-ficantly different from the last one (P<0.05).
