幼児の硬膜下血腫および透明中隔嚢胞に随伴した網膜前出血の1治験例

A Case Report of Congenital Cerebral Cyst of the Cavum Septi Pellucidi and Subdural Hematoma Associated with Preretinal Hemorrhages in Infant

I．緒言

　脳神経外科領域における診断学は近年長足の進歩をとげ，多くの補助診断法を駆使すればほとんどの場合正確な診断を下し得る。

　しかしながら，日常の外来診察のさいに用いられるスクリーニング，テストとしての検査法は必ずしも十分ではない。その中で特別の器具を要せず，かつ患者に苦痛を与えない有力な検査の一つに眼底検査法がある。

A report is presented of a 10-month infant in whom ophthalmological examinations led to the detection of subdural hematoma following blunt head injury.

The patient was admitted due to convulsive seizures which had developed after head injury two weeks before. In spite of pathological neurological signs, papilledema and preretinal hemorrhagic patches were detected bilaterally. Roentgenologic examination revealed the pre-sence of cyst of the cavum septici pellucidi. Laboratory data of the blood and the bonemarrow suggested no hemorrhagic diathesis.
