緒言

　眼窩に原発する骨腫瘍は一般に少なく，中でもosteogenic sarcomaの報告はまれである。

　今回われわれは，左前頭骨より発生したosteo—genic sarcomaを摘出，骨欠損部を即硬レジンにて補充し，眼球を保存しえて，術後3年半以上の今日に至るも再発を見ず，美容的にも顔面に著しい醜形を残していないまれな症例を経験したので報告する。

A 39-year-old man was seen with the com-plaints of bulging of his left eye lid which increased gradually during the last one month. When he was first seen, the left upper lid was ptotic and showed slight redness. The bony swelling was palpable at the upper temporal margin of the orbit. Proptosis was absent and the ocular movement was smooth and full.

Skull x-ray film showed an osteolytic lesion of the superior lateral quadrant of the left orbital margin. Carotid angiography revealed abnormal vessels and arterio-venous fistula-like shadow in the osteolytic lesion.
