網膜，脈絡膜循環障害とKallikrein,Kinin等の動態

Kallikrein-Kinin System in Vascular Disorders of the Retina and the Choroid

I．はじめに

　生体の炎症反応あるいはallergy反応時に，Bradyki—ninをはじめとする生体活性Kinin類が，他の起炎物質，Chemical mediatorなどとともに重要な役割を果しているであろう事実は，すでに多くの研究が実証しているところである^1）2）。なかでもBradykininは他の物質に比して，毛細血管透過性亢進作用，末梢血管拡張作用（静脈側の収縮による）がきわめて強く，臨床的にも多くのallergy疾患，炎症性疾患にその増量活性化が認められ，抗Bradykinin剤が治療面で大きな効果をあげている事実がある^3）4）。こういった意味で眼科領域においてもKinin物質の関与しているであろう疾患を多く想定できるし，とりわけ血管系に富む脈絡膜，網膜の循環障害による疾患にはKinin系物質がその一大原因となつているとも考えられる。そこで今回，私は各種眼疾患における血中Kallikrein,Bradykinin系物質の測定を試み，特に網膜，脈絡膜循環障害を原因をする疾患をとりあげ，その患者血中Kallikrein, Bradykininの動態を検討し，あわせて抗キニン剤の効果を研明するとともに黒ウサギを使用し，その脈絡膜，網膜に及ぼすKallikrein, Bradykininの直接効果を検討し，いささかの成績を得たので報告する。

1) As series of clinical studies was conducted on the titer of plasma bradykinin through bio-assay and hemagglutination methods. Blood sam-ples from patients with central serous retino-pathy, disease of Behçet and Harada showed significantly higher values of bradykinin than control groups (Fig. 3 in the text). No definite trend was observed as regards the titer of kallikrein in different ocular diseases.

2) Intravenous injection of Bradykinin in pig-mented rabbits immediately followed by fluo-rescein fundus angiography resulted in extensive leakage of the dye from the choroid directed forwards through the pigment epithelium.
