脈絡膜血行動態に関する研究

Studies on the Choroidal circulation dynamics

Ⅰ．はじめに

　角膜脈波の発生機転が，眼球内血液容量の搏動性変動に基因するものであることはすでに知られた事実であるが^1），さらに私^2）は，角膜脈波の起源が主として脈絡膜動脈の搏動に由来するものであつて，網膜中心動脈の搏動のエネルギーがこれに影響する所は僅かであることを明らかにしている。従つて，脈絡膜の循環に障害の起る疾患では，角膜脈波に何らかの変化のみられることが予想されるのであつて，今回，私は網膜色素変性を始めとする種々の網脈絡膜疾患における角膜脈波の変化について検討し，これらの疾患における脈絡膜血行動態を明らかにしたいと考えた。

Extensive degeneration of the choroid wi-th resultant vascular damage causes a sig-nificant and quantitatively observable cha-nges in the amplitude and wave pattern in corneal pulse wave studies. Analysis of. recorded pulse wave furnishes a valuablekey to objectively evaluate the dynamics of choroidal circulation. The method is ex-pected to serve in the determination of the stage of the disease as well as in evaluation of prognosis.
