　妊娠腎性網膜炎（娠妊中毒性網膜症とも呼ばれる）は適当の処置を講ずれば全身的には勿論眼科的にも予後は一般に良好とされるところである。分娩が最良の治療法で分娩により多くは速かに回復するものであるが，時にはかなりの視力障碍を残すものもあることは間々経験されるところである。

　私共は最近Kallikrein筋注により視力の回復を著しく促進し得たと思われる症例を経験したのでここにその経過を簡単に記載する。

In a case of multipara, 37years old, disturbance of the vision appeared at the 8th month of her seventh pregnancy. Her vision has been reduced to 0.01 for R. V. and 0.08 for L. V., and the typical pictures of the retinopathy in toxemia of pregnancy was noticed.

After the artificial termination of the pregnancy at the 9 th month, edema disappeared gra-dually, and following the decrease of her blood pressure, visual acuity has recovered to R. V. 0.5 anc L.V. 0.8. After intramuscular injection of Depo-Kallikrein, visual acuity increased quickly to the level of R. V. 0.7 and L.V. 1.2.
