前房隅角電気分解術の房水動態に及ぼす影響

Effects of Electrolysis of the Chamber Angleupon Aqueous Humor Dynamics

I．緒言

　原発性緑内障を手術した場合，時に眼圧調整が十分行なわれないことを経験する。著者はこのような症例に対する再手術を目的として，前房隅角電気分解術の装置を試作し，1966年臨床眼科学会でその概要を報告した。最近のGolubev^2）の論文抄録を見ると，ロシアにおいてもGeroschewskiが，牛眼に対し前房隅角ジアテルミー手術を行ない効果をあげているという。抄録内容より判断すると，この手術は前房隅角電気分解術にはなはだ似かよつた手術と思われるが，詳細は明らかではない。著者はこの前房隅角電気分解術が，房水の動態にどの程度の影響を及ぼすか家兎眼について実験を試みた。なお今日緑内障に広く用いられているScheieの手術と本法との効果を家兎眼について比較してみた。

An apparatus for gonio-electrolysis was deve -loped and has been in use for the last three years with a view to facilitate the aqueous outflow by electrolysis of the anterior chamber angle. This surgical procedure is particularly aimed at treating such cases in whom a pre - vious glaucoma surgery has failed to provide adequate control of the intraocular tension.

Utilizing RISA, determinations were made of the turnover rate of the aqueous in rabbit eyes. Only one eye of each animal was surgi - cally treated, while the other untreated eye served as control.
