上頸交感神経節摘出が房水流出率に及ぼす影響

Experimental Studies on Influence of Superior Cervical Ganglionectomy on the Outflow Rate of Aqueous Humor

I．緒言

　上頸交感神経節切除が眼圧に及ぼす影響は古くより論ぜられていたが，最近Linnér, Prijot^1）らにより上頸交感神経節摘出後に一過性の眼圧低下をきたすことが指摘され，その後の実験もまたこのLinnér, Prijotらの成績に一致する成績が報告されている。

　この眼圧低下の原因については房水産生の減少，あるいは房水流出抵抗の低下という二つの考え方が報告されている。

On albino rabbits, Superior Cervical Gang-lionectomy was performed and the outflow rate of aqueous humor was measured by using RISA (¹³¹I) as the tracer.

The outflow rate on the operated side was 0.013 and on the control side 0.011, and the about 18% increase in the outflow rate was shown on the operated side.
