知能障害,右下肢跛行を伴つた片側先天性無眼球症の1例につき,眼瞼,眼窩ともに小なるものに保存的に手術を試み,義眼を装用せしめ諸種の考察を行なつた。
Six years old boy.
His left eye shows extremely small lid slit with small eye lid, hardly any lashes, conjun-tival sack is shallow in general. There is no eye-ball in the left eye and according to the X-ray film, left orbit and the optic canal are smaller than the right one. Although, right eyeball is in normal size, cataract can be seen in some part and remain a little Membrana pupillaris persistens in the right eyeball, also vitreous opa-city are found. His intellectual development isslow. Parents are not intermarried, and such diseases was not found in their pedigree. He is a only child.
