アコマネオレンズによる小児病的眼の防眩に関する研究

Study on Glare in Eye Disease of Children used Acoma Neo Lens

I．緒言

　白子眼を持つ小児は，強いまぶしさのため，眼球振盪による視力低下以外に戸外活動や学習に抵抗があり，そのため筆者は，防眩眼鏡として，スモークグリーン，スモークレンズ眼鏡が好適であることを第32回日本中部学会で発表した。しかし，このような着色レンズは体裁の上から，また戸外では良くとも室内へ入ると，どうしても少しは視力に影響のあるため，その後の遠隔成績でも用いられていないことが多く，そのため，着色度の少ない，なおかつ可視光線のあまり障害されないAcomaneo lens （以後アコマネオと略す）を，白子をはじめ病的眼を持つまぶしさを訴える小児に用い，その防眩効果につき種々検討を試みたので，ここに報告する。

The preventive effect for glare in eye disease such as Hydrophthalmus and Albino were pre-sented. The method was used port-glare test apparatus and measured the recovery time after dazzling. The measurement was 2.5m distance and took the large target. It was observed that the daily life used spectacle lens improved du-ring 3 months.

Twenty-four children were examined with port-glare and 36 done enquéte. The apparent improvement for dazzling was not observed in the subject but decreased the trouble in daily life, therefore, ACOMA NEO LENS was useful for partially-seeing complained photophobia.
