I．緒言

　Systemic Lupus Erythematosus （SLE）は自己免疫疾患とされており，患者血清中には抗核抗体，抗DNA抗体が高率に検出されるが，Burnsら^1）はhistoplas—mic chorioretinitis, toxoplasmic chorioretinitisの患者血清中にもDNA抗体が検出されるものがあり，これら疾患には，自己免疫的な要因が関与しているのかもしれないと述べ，また著者^2）はベーチェット症候群発作期の患者血清中にはマイコプラズマ（M．hominis type 1）抗体の上昇しているものがあることを発表した。

　全身症状を伴う眼疾患，たとえばベーチェット症候群，Vogt—小柳—原田症候群，筋無力症など，その発症のメカニズムは不明なものが多く，これら疾患の病因解明の手がかりとして患者血清中における抗核抗体，抗DNA抗体，および抗マイコプラズマ抗体を測定した。

Blood sera from patients with Behcet's syn-drome, Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada's syndrome, mya-sthenia and other ocular diseases and from normal controls were examined for the presence of autoimmune compornent to DNA and antinu-clear antibody using the BDB indirect hemagg-lutination and indirect fluorescent antibody techniques, respectively. Anti-DNA antibodies were detected only in the sera from patients with myasthenia gravis (3/4). On the other hand, antinuclear antibodies were demonstrated in Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada's syndrome (2/10) and myasthenia gravis (1/4).
