I.まえがき
著者らは先にカイウサギ水晶体屈折率分布を光学的位相勾配測定装置ならびにAbbeの屈折計を用いて測定,その水平断面の屈折率分布関数が楕円的放物面で近似されることを発表した1)〜6)。
今回はさらにカイネコ(felis cats)およびミドリザル(cercopithecus aetiopus)の両眼にそれぞれDFPまたはatropineを点眼,水晶体に調節性変化を起こさしめ,その屈折率分布を検討した。さらに水晶体の調節光学モデルを作製,光線追跡により球面縦収差を計算した。
Optical components of the eye were quantita-tively measured upon photographs of horizontal cutting planes of both eyes of 7 cats and 8 mon-keys. The distribution of refractive indices of the crystalline lens was also determined accord-ing to the method of the authors as reported elsewhere ( cf. J. Clin. Ophth., 20 ; 913, 1966) .
Either eye of the examined animals had been treated by instillation of DFP or atropine for more than 3 consecutive days before enucleation, with a view to compare the values of various optical components in accommodated and non-accommodated states.
